My product had a change in color and/or smell, is that normal?

You may notice from time to time that the color or scent of your product varies. This is completely normal and the direct result of not using artificial coloring agents or fragrances. The exception to this is if the product is used beyond the marked expiration date stamped on the container. The expiration date confirms that the product you are using is guaranteed effective for the time frame indicated, and is best replaced after that.
